Hi, I am one of the founders of this site. I have managed to spend the last few years doing as much sport as possible and playing with my 4 kids. Ive run 5 marathons (got my best time down to under 3.15hrs and hoping to go a bit quicker), started cycle racing and did the etape in France, just did the Trans Alp mtn bike race over the alps for 8 days - which took me to new dark places Ive never seen in myself before (ive put some photos and my blog up here) and i managed to do a triathlon or two - finally, im now about the oldest in my sunday football sides by about ten years and managed last year to only retain my place in the side by volunteering to be the manager!.
